We leverage AI technologies to uncover human insights. We offer three types of consulting services.

In Four Simple Steps

  • Step 1: Define Content Features

Objective: Identify the specific content features you want to explore.

What: During a free 30-minute consultation, we will work with you to define the content features you are looking for. A content feature is essentially a description of the type of content you wish to investigate.

Next Steps: Schedule your free consultation to build a plan and receive a quote. After the meeting, we will send you a contract for review and signing.

  • Step 2: Align with Your Expertise

Objective: Ensure our models accurately reflect your content expertise.

What: We will provide a sample of content that best matches the features you've defined. You can refine this sample by adding or removing items to create the most accurate pool of content. This refined sample will then guide our model to complete the analysis.

  • Step 3: Quality Check

Objective: Review the initial results for accuracy.

What: We will deliver an output file (see example) for your review. You will have the opportunity to perform a quality check and provide feedback before we proceed.

An example of our output is included in Case Study: Analyzing Restaurant Reviews.

  • Step 4: Data Visualization

    Objective: Consumer insights

What: Once you confirm the quality of the output, we will provide frequency and percentage breakdowns for each content feature, including their lower, middle, and upper bound measures, along with in-group homogeneity measures. Data visualizations can also be created upon request.

There are often governing statutes, regulations or standards with specific provisions that dictate how this type of data must be protected.
